Requested by Robert Hickey, DirectorDate 18 July 2026Required by End of day
0 / 0 complete
As part of a company-wide business continuity review, Directors require a complete and current record of all technical access, credentials, and account ownership held within the web development function. Please compile the items below and return them by end of day. Existing spreadsheets may be used as your source material, provided every item on this checklist is covered and up to date.
Delivery method: all credentials are to be entered directly into the company Bitwarden vault — an invitation will follow separately, with collections set up to mirror the sections of this checklist. Supporting spreadsheets and documentation (domain lists, renewal schedules, site inventories) are to be transmitted via Bitwarden Send. Nothing is to be sent as an email attachment or in the body of an email.

Delivery
Credentials: enter each item directly into the appropriate Bitwarden collection (AU Hosting, TH Hosting, Client WordPress, Client Email, Internal Systems). Include the login URL, username, password, and any notes (2FA method, registered email, support PINs) against each item.
Documents: send spreadsheets, domain/renewal lists, and site inventories via Bitwarden Send with a link expiry of no more than 7 days.
Gaps: where an item does not exist or is not documented, state that clearly in a written summary rather than leaving it blank — an accurate gap list is as important as the credentials themselves.
Everything is to be completed by end of day. Anything that cannot be provided today must be flagged with a reason and an expected date.
Gaps & flags
As you work through the list, note here anything that doesn't exist, isn't documented, can't be provided today (with a reason and expected date), or is tied to a personal email or phone. Your notes save automatically in this browser. When you're done, send the summary to Robert.
